BinSafe Terms of Use
BinSafe is licensed under Atlassian's standard Marketplace end-user agreement (Bonterms), shown on the Marketplace listing and install screen, together with the Provider-Specific Terms below.
Provider-Specific Terms for BinSafe – Recycle Bin for Deleted Work Items Provider: YuvGev, Israel. Contact: [email protected]. Last updated: October 21, 2026.
- Service description. BinSafe stores snapshots of Jira Cloud work items in Atlassian Forge hosted storage and lets authorized users create a new work item from a snapshot after the original is deleted. Restore creates a new work item with a new key. It's not an undelete, a full-site backup, a compliance archive or a legal hold. The listed restore limits (including change history, watchers, votes, sprint, rank, original comment times, attachments over 120 KB, and work items deleted before they were snapshotted) are part of the service description, not defects.
- No warranty of completeness. Snapshots are taken on create and edit events and by a background pass. We don't warrant that every work item will have a snapshot at the moment it's deleted, or that every field can be written back.
- Customer responsibilities. You choose the retention period and who has permission to view and restore. You're responsible for your own backups of Jira data.
- Data. The App stores data only in Atlassian Forge hosted storage and sends nothing outside Atlassian. Our Privacy Policy applies.
- Support. Support is provided as described at yuvgev.com/apps/binsafe/support/. No resolution time is guaranteed.
- Liability cap. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Governing law and courts. These terms and the standard agreement are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Fees and refunds. Billing, renewals and refunds are handled by Atlassian under the Atlassian Marketplace terms.
